YES they are free of cost and offers almost equivalent features similar to all priced products which are listed as market leaders. Also try using picasaweb for editing them online. Since you use wordpress it is easy like a piece of cake to add photo to your post. Login to the admin area with username and password, click on Write and choose either Write Post or Write Page. Add your text post to the text box and scroll down to the upload area where can you can browse through for attachments and then choose your photo from your harddrive which you wanted to post actually. Also post adding the image you can go the the Insert/Edit Image option and then change the alignment, dimensions, URL to the image and the description.
