Hi Tina,
On each photo there is the option for All Sizes. Click that link, it should be on the top left above the image itself. You will go to a new page that has all the different sizes that were created from the image. There is original, large, medium, small thumbnail and square. Click on those to see the different sizes and you will get code directly under the image that you can copy and paste onto your blog. Easy Peasy.

That’s a gorgeous window, but I wish we could see it just a bit larger. It looks like you’ve chosen the thumbnail size, but perhaps the medium would be better? There’s also a way to post a thumbnail that’s linked to a larger version of the photo. That way it doesn’t take up so much space on your page but lets people see the details if they’d like. Basically you wrap the

What photo service are you using? There are a BUNCH. You can specify the photo size but putting in some parameters inside the html code. For example, if you wanted the picture to be 300 by 200, you would add this inside the code after img src=”http:?blah blah” width=”300″ height=”200″ You can also specify alignment, border, etc that way.

Tina,
Did you try using open source GNU tools like GIMP and others for editing your photo. YES they are free of cost and offers almost equivalent features similar to all priced products which are listed as market leaders. Also try using picasaweb for editing them online. Since you use wordpress it is easy like a piece of cake to add photo to your post. Login to the admin area with username and password, click on Write and choose either Write Post or Write Page. Add your text post to the text box and scroll down to the upload area where can you can browse through for attachments and then choose your photo from your harddrive which you wanted to post actually. Also post adding the image you can go the the Insert/Edit Image option and then change the alignment, dimensions, URL to the image and the description. Also, there are many more features there to be explored. Let me know if you need any assistance.
Regards,
Mack

Mack that was some great info when it comes to adding pics thank you! How does that go pictures are worth a million words. My name is Al and I sell Homes in Tulsa Oklahoma. I can tell you being in the Real Estate business here in Tulsa that without pics we would be in a major bind as they are why we are still standing.

Photography is a passion. Once you started it and enjoyed doing it, there’ll be more pictures shown in the coming posts. Visual images are important to keep the page anew and alive. Since there are different photo services available, it would be beneficial to try those that suits best.
